Love is in the Air at No.4 Hamilton Place


On the 21st of October, No. 4 Hamilton Place and Food by Dish launched a new wedding package, ‘Love is in the Air’. Suitably named with the venue being home to the Royal Aeronautical Society, the event welcomed some of the wedding industry’s most renowned planners and suppliers.

As part of the event, leading London caterer Food by Dish showcased a new wedding menu and presented a blind-tasting session in-between courses. Blindfolded guests experienced an amuse-bouche of jellied bloody Mary and canapé-sized palate cleansers, mini profiterole with wasabi ice cream and ginger glaze.

The three-course meal featured a starter of duck egg, mushroom duxelles, toasted sour dough, fig chutney and popping wild rice; a main course of breast of Suffolk chicken with roasted baby beetroot, purple sprouting broccoli, horseradish and parsley root purée, potato soufflé  and Madeira jus. Followed by dessert canapés, passion fruit and coconut macaroon with manage ganache, praline chocolate basket, lemon Jaffa cake and chocolate coated black forest lollipop served in The Handley Page Room.
